Walk into any Pennsylvania diner and you're likely to overhear someone at a neighboring table ordering 'scrapple.' What's that, you ask? A mixture of pork scraps and cornmeal that's been molded, sliced and fried, scrapple is a dish that's beloved in regions surrounding eastern Pennsylvania.
