Fiverr is a place for people to share things they're willing to do for $5. You can create a gig for a small service you are willing to offer. You will be notified when your gig is ordered, and be asked to accept it.
If you don't have anything to offer there's the possibility to take up on an offer. Find a gig you like and order it. Pay $5 by PayPal or credit card and track your seller's work progress, exchange files and communicate. Get your finished work!
Examples of gigs offered on Fiverr are: I will install wordpress on your server for $5. I will create an Avatar movie portrait from your picture for $5. I will send you a postcard from Almaty, Kazakhstan! for $5. I will write your company name on my arm for $5.
