There's champagne, chocolate covered strawberries with cream and music at the dockside for the excited 'soon to be owners' and a small group of friends.
Plus there's a crane and rigging complete with faulty turnbuckle. What happened next is that everyone watched this dreamboat nose dive into the harbor. No one was hurt in the accident.
