Dr. Seuss Collection Organized By Color Spectrum: The Update

Last February I posted about a Dr. Seuss collection in their proper color spectrum order.

Now, a couple of months later, the books have been reordered. Some books have jumped across the shelf, while whole groups remain intact. What does this all mean?
