Google has 'zipped' its homepage today to celebrate the 132nd birth anniversary of Gideon Sundback, the Swedish-American inventor of the zipper, the fastening device that has revolutionised the clothing industry. A click on the upper part of the zipper and the page unzips to reveal a search results page on Sundback.
