OpenPhotoVR is a pseudo-3D photo browser in Flash. Users create photo albums by uploading pictures, taken at different angles, and linking them together by hand. You can use the mousewheel to zoom, click-and-drag to pan, click 'hotspots' with hand cursor to navigate between images.
Try the photo below for example. Use your mousewheel to zoom in, click and drag to pan about, and simply click on any of the hotspots to change your view or move deeper into the scene.
